Grammy award winning music legends Vince Gill, Amy Grant, and Michael Omartian partner with Canadian Christian singer/songwriter and Juno Nominee Matt Brouwer on his new CD "Where's Our Revolution" due out this month. Matt is the sixth of seven kids born and raised on a dairy farm in Nova Scotia. At the age of three his father was killed in a car accident leaving the family to run the farm. "My family has been a huge spiritual influence in my life" says Brouwer, "I've seen firsthand how suffering and brokenness can unite people to lean on God for strength." Matt attended Prairie Bible Institute where he and some friends got together and started what is still known today as "Monday Night Worship." His new CD draws inspiration from Matt's deep well of experiences and has become his most ambitious project thus far. His new single "The Other Side" was inspired from the loss of his sister two years ago to cancer. Amy Grant and Vince Gill joined Matt on this song. The album is a pop/rock triumph, but it's the emerging fearlessness in Brouwer's writing that may be the record's biggest achievement.
